Your Roadmap to Global Universities: from SAT to BTEC
Edville systematically prepares students for admission to international universities from an early age. SAT, IELTS, 23 accredited AP subjects (the most in Central Asia), the BTEC programme (in partnership with Pearson) and individual college counseling — all under one roof, built into the school schedule.

Context · Why It Matters
A transcript and national exam are no longer enough
To get into Stanford, UCL or Tsinghua, you need to speak admissions committees' language. SAT, AP, IELTS and BTEC are key elements of that language.
Top universities don't understand a Kazakhstani transcript alone — they need internationally recognised scores and subjects. Without them, even a strong student ends up in the «unclear how to compare» pile.
Edville has built the entire preparation plan into the curriculum: students don't need to find tutors or waste time on scattered courses. SAT, IELTS, AP, BTEC and college counseling work as one four-year project from Grade 8 to Grade 11.
Roadmap · Four Pillars
What's included in the programme
Four components that work together. Details on each below.
— 01
SAT / IELTS
Core exams required for any international application. Regular preparation built into the timetable.
— 02
AP — 23 subjects
Advanced Placement — the gold standard for the US and Canada. Edville offers more AP subjects than any school in Central Asia.
— 03
BTEC
British professional qualification. An alternative pathway for students targeting the UK and EU in applied fields.
— 04
College counseling
A personal counselor from Grade 9: university shortlist, essays, recommendations, interviews, deadlines — all tailored to one student.

Subject Tracks · AP and BTEC
AP and BTEC: because students take different paths
AP (Advanced Placement): the gold standard for the US and Canada. Edville offers 23 AP subjects — more than any other school in Central Asia. From Calculus and Physics to AP Psychology, AP Computer Science and AP Economics.
BTEC: a British professional qualification recognised in the UK and EU. Ideal for students who already know their direction: business, IT, engineering, design. Counts as credit on admission, and at some UK universities as the first year of a bachelor's degree.
We offer both tracks because students are different. One student is headed to Columbia for political science (AP), another to Manchester Metropolitan for business management (BTEC). Edville doesn't force one model — we match it to the student.
